Situated in the lower Stadle area near the main road leading out of the resort to Lech , the La Vita apartments are within easy reach of the village centre and its ski-lifts .  The nearest lift ( Rendlbahn ) is only 500 metres from the property , the complimentary ski shuttle bus stop only 75 metres from property . To reach the village centre on foot , a 10-12 minute downhill walk is required .

This recently built modern apartment  building   is set in an elevated position overlooking the Rendl ski area of St Anton blending in perfectly with its neighbouring new build chalets & accommodations . The La Vita consists of a total of 5 apartments , there are two 3 room apartments for 6 persons , two 1-room apartments for 2-3 persons and an additional 1-room apartment for 2 persons . Each floor has a 3 and 6 person apartment with the 2 person apartment at the top of the house . The maximum allowed occupancy of 20 beds in total .

The central entrance lobby leads downstairs to the La Vita’s Sauna , Steam and relax room , complete with two separate showers & separate WC , this facility is available( free of charge)  for use throughout the week at set operational hours .At this level also is the properties heated ski & boot room , a small car-park in front of the building is also available with space for seven vehicles .

3-room apartments 1st floor / 72 m2 / max 6 persons
Entrance / Hall . Separate WC . Bathroom with shower , washbasin & WC . Spacious and carefully decorated living room with Cable-TV , phone , sitting area with armchairs and a two person sofa bed . Dining area with fold away table ( seats max of 9 ) . Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hot plates , oven, microwave , fridge & dishwasher . A double room with Austrian twin & terrace access , a separateAustrian twin bedroom with its own en suite bathroom with Bathtub , washbasin & WC .Access to large terrace .

1-room apartment 1st floor / 37 m2 / max 3 persons

Entrance . Living room with sofa bed sitting area , cable-TV , double Austrian twin bed with radio . Fully equipped open kitchen with 4 ceramic hot plates , oven , microwave , fridge & dishwasher , small dining area for 3 persons . Bathroom with bath tub , washbasin & WC . Access to terrace .

2nd floor apartments as above with the following exception

The 6 person apartment on this floor has separable beds in the non en suite bedroom .

Top of house Eaves room apartment for 2  / 30m2

Austrian twin bed , PSWC . TV + kitchen , details as other apartments but with no oven or balcony .

All apartments have hairdryer , coffee makers & safe as standard feature .

Whats included

All power costs (except internet access ) , bed linen , towels + end cleaning . Includes use of Sauna & steamroom during operational hours . All local taxes .

Whats not included

A refundable damage deposit per apartment is required on arrival , the amounts of 100 & 200 euros for small & large apartments are also accepted in pound sterling amounts , plse pay owners in cash as no credit card payment facility available .

Saturday arrivals for 7 night durations  , exceptions can sometimes be made for a Sunday arrival , any short breaks must arrive on these days also .
