Les Balcons du Soleil is comprised of the “Néva”, “Chapka”, “Douchka”, “Elinka” and "Saskia 1" (recently renovated) buildings. These apartments offer high quality comfortable accommodation.

The studios consist of a living area with two single sofa beds and a cabin in the hall with two bunk beds. The apartments for 4 people comprise of a living room with two single sofa beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Each apartment has a fully equipped Kitchenette and bathroom. Bed linen, towels and cleaning kits are available in each apartment. A television and end of stay clean (not kitchen) are also included. A refundable deposit of €200 per apartment is required on arrival. A local tourist tax of approximately €1 per person per night is payable at the end of your stay.

Location: Ideally located in the centre of La Falaise district, just a 3 minutes walk to the lifts and ski school meeting point. The resort centre is 200m and the ski school meeting place is only 150m away. These apartments enable doorstep skiing, perfect for keen skiers and families, departure for ski runs are at the bottom of the buildings.
